Supporting Three Embryo Transfers — Joyfully Welcoming the Arrival of a Baby
Mr. K is an HIV-positive individual. After thoroughly learning about our team through the information available on our website and detailed consultations with our customer service staff, he signed an agreement with Uterus International Medical on February 28, 2019, marking the beginning of his challenging journey toward parenthood.

According to his specific situation, we matched Mr. K with a self-sperm and donor-egg surrogacy program. After careful planning and preparation, Mr. K underwent sperm retrieval surgery on June 8, 2019. Shortly after, the egg donor completed her egg retrieval procedure. Through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and genetic screening, Mr. K was fortunate to obtain three healthy embryos, marking the beginning of his embryo transfer journey.
Embryo transfer is a process filled with anticipation and anxiety. Mr. K’s surrogate mother went through three transfer attempts before achieving success. It took a total of three years, and it wasn’t until the final transfer on August 6, 2022, that the pregnancy was successfully established.
After years of perseverance and unwavering effort, the good news finally arrived. On April 10, 2023, Mr. K’s surrogate successfully gave birth to a healthy baby weighing 4,312 grams and measuring 56 centimeters in length. This marked not only the arrival of a healthy baby but also the beginning of Mr. K’s long-awaited happiness.
On May 22, 2023, unable to contain his excitement, Mr. K embarked on his journey to meet the child he had waited four years to welcome. He finally held his baby in his arms on May 29, and on June 10, 2023, he boarded a flight with his child to return to his home country.
We at Uterus International Medical are sincerely happy for Mr. K. We will continue to uphold our commitment to care for and support every client, bringing hope and happiness to more families around the world.
